The network helps to strengthen Salford’s work as an age‑friendly city where older people can thrive. It brings together residents aged 55+ to share their experiences and views and help shape local policy and influence how services are developed. The event will take place 12th of March 2026 1pm – 2.45pm at At this event we will: Present representatives from venues across Salford which have successfully achieved the status of Age Friendly. ​ Tell us what you need from the places and space you visit across the city to ensure the needs and aspirations of older people are met.
